CHRIS SCOINS- Manager Grounded Electrical

“What is it? How can we identify it? What to do when you see it?”

"We didn't know what to do. We couldn't identify it. And now we're in 2024 and our whole crew knows about it. Our whole crew talk about it. We have toolbox talks about it. We identify these sorts of things, and I think that's what it comes down to ... awareness”

Chris at Grounded isn't just defying the status quo, he's turning it on its head. Chris and the Grounded Team are determined to connect with likeminded people in the trades business, pushing for change.

Grounded hosted a Tradie Night, the event was held with the aim to create a space to network with other local business leaders. What an incredible night networking, building awareness and education around women in crisis escaping Domestic Violence within in our community and the importance of Mental Health awareness within our teams /workplaces.
